The Crown Prosecution
Service The CPS is responsible for prosecuting people charged with a criminal offence. They review cases submitted by police; decide charges in all but minor cases and prepare and present cases in court. More |

Her Majesty's Court
Service HMCS is responsible for the effective administration of the criminal courts across South Yorkshire and it supports the Magistrates and Judges in their independent role. More |

Her Majesty’s Prison
Service HMPS is responsible for keeping in custody those who have been committed by the courts. It gives offenders the skills to help them reduce the risk of re-offending and integrate better into society. More |
